HAUS of III.VI. SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

At The Haus of III.VI, we strive to achieve the best quality in all of our products.

The Haus of III.VI. does not offer refunds and we run an Exchange Only policy.

SIZING ISSUES

The Haus of III.VI offers a sizing chart which can be found below. Please use this as a reference when deciding on the size of your item. Please read the product description carefully as it may describe the fit and material used to help with this decision. 

Please be advised that our products vary in fabrics and stretch. This is a generalized informative chart of our product.

We understand that not all items will fit every individual as expected and we will accept exchanges for this very reason.

To be eligible for an exchange of any item, you must contact us within 7 days (for US customers) or 14 days (for international customers) from the original shipping date.

If Your item does not fit as desired, please email us at([email protected]) specifying the following:

1.The original email as well as the name used when purchasing the item. Please be sure to include you order number.

  1. The name of the item as it was promoted on the website
  2. The size of the item you ordered and a detailed description of the issue or reason for return/exchange
  3. The item you would like it to be exchanged for (please be advised that you can only exchange the item for items of the same value)

We will then provide you with an address to return your item to.

Please note that The Haus of III.VI. does not cover the shipping cost for returning your item back to us and that this will be at the expense of the customer unless we were at fault for sending the incorrect item.

Please ensure that you get proof of postage and an insured delivery option to be sure that the item will be returned to us safely. The Haus of III.VI. does not issue any warranty for items that have been unsuccessfully delivered back to us and this will be at the expense of the customer.

We will only accept items which have been unworn, unmarked, and still with original tags and packaging. The Haus of III.VI. will review the item and check to ensure that these requirements have been adhered to. The Haus of III.VI. reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not follow the requirements as previously stated. If the item is returned in its original condition, we will exchange the item and ship it to you.

If your original choice of item is not in stock, will issue a Store Credit to be used within 90 days of your original purchase. 

Please follow the care instructions on the label to ensure that you prolong the life of your item. The Haus of III.VI. offers a no-warranty policy for our pieces.

DAMAGED / FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your item was received damaged or faulty, please email us at [email protected] specifying the following:

  1. The original email and name used when purchasing the item as well as your order number.
  2. The name of the item as it was promoted on the website.
  3. The size of the item you ordered and a detailed description of the “fault” or “damage” to the item.
  4. The item you would like it to be exchanged for (please note you can only exchange it for items of the same value)

You must contact us within 7 days (for US customers) or 14 days (for International customers) from the original shipping date in order to be eligible for an exchange

We will then provide you with an address to return your item to.
