1. What is the Refund Process and how long does it take to receive a refund?
Unfortunately, III.VI. does not offer refunds and we run an Exchange Only policy. To be eligible for an exchange of any item, you must contact us within 7 days (for US customers) or 14 days (for international customers) from the original shipping date.
2. How long will it take for my items to shipped?
We ask that you please allow 48 hours for tracking to be issued to the email listed at the time of purchase. Depending upon your preference of shipping, it will determine when to expect your items.
3. What are the hours of operation of The Haus of III.VI.?
Hours of operation are 9am-9pm Mon-Friday. Sat 11am – 5pm EST Sun CLOSED. However, if you have an immediate need, please email us at [email protected] and you will be receiving a response within 48 hours.
